The hotel was built in 1967 on the bank of Fontanka embankment and was the first high construction in Saint-Petersburg.

It takes 10 minutes to get to the «Baltiskaya» and «Technologichesky Institute» metro stations. You can easily reach the famous suburbs of St.-Petersburg: Peterhof, Gatchina, Oranienbaum, because Baltiisky and Varshavsky railway stations are not far from the hotel.
